AstroJson ("we," "our," or "us") operates the AstroJson API and related website and services (collectively, the "Service"). - Account information: email, password (stored in hashed form), profile information.
- API usage data: endpoints, parameters (sign, language), timestamps, usage counts.
- Payment and subscription data via LemonSqueezy (subscription status, plan tier).
- Technical and usage data: IP, browser, device, usage patterns.
- Communications when you contact us.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information to: provide and improve the Service; authenticate users and enforce API and subscription limits; process payments; send service communications; support; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; analyze usage.

We process personal data on the bases of: (a) performance of a contract; (b) consent; (c) legitimate interests (security, analytics); (d) legal obligations.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase (auth and database), LemonSqueezy (payments), OpenRouter/AI (content generation), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each has its own privacy practices.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies for session, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling some may affect functionality (e.g., staying signed in).
7. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required by law or to resolve disputes. You may request deletion subject to applicable law.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AstroJson governing your use of the Service. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or age of majority) and have legal capacity. The Service is not intended for users under 16.
3. Account and API Key
You must keep your credentials and API key confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, or abuse.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service in violation of law; exceed subscription limits or circumvent rate limits; share/sell your API key improperly; distribute malware or illegal content; reverse engineer the Service; harm our or others' systems; or resell in competition with us. We may monitor and take action for violations.
5. Subscription, Billing, Refunds
Paid plans are billed via LemonSqueezy. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice. You may cancel per the payment provider's process.
6. Intellectual Property
We own all rights in the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license. Horoscope content is for entertainment only. You retain ownership of your applications and data.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. HOROSCOPE AND ASTROLOGY CONTENT IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 USD IF GREATER).
